		<description>I&#039;ve suffered from GERD for 2 years as the result of a hiatus hernia. Have been on Pariet (proton pump inhibitor) for that time with not much relief. Doctor told me I needed to graduate to a much stronger PPI. Did some research and didn&#039;t like the side effects. (poor absorption of calcium, b12 and most nutrients)Have now been on the apple cider vinegar and water before each meal for 2 weeks now. I am free of heartburn and have had none of the rebound effect (major heartburn and reflux)of going off the PPI&#039;s as in previous cold turkey attempts. I highly recommend trying this, it works! I&#039;ll do it for the rest of my life now. If you are on PPI&#039;s get off of them. They do way more harm than good. You need stomach acid to properly digest your food. The vinegar keeps your stomach from making too much . Google it, there are tons of other people who have had the same result!</description>
