    I have GERD and have tried avoiding the foods that bother me, dont’ eat heavy meals before lying down etc. And I do see a difference but the moment I do not follow these rules I suffer for 3 days. I never had acid reflux (GERD) before and am going through this for almost 1 year now….very suddenly. Even if I have a sip of wine my stomach feels like it is on fire. Will my GERD every go away? Any other recommendations?
